we have

[tex]-3x^{2} (6x^{2}+2x-3)[/tex]

solve the multiplication

[tex]-3x^{2} (6x^{2}+2x-3)=(-3x^{2}*6x^{2})-(3x^{2}*2x)+(3x^{2}*3)\\=-18x^{4} -6x^{3}+9x^{2}[/tex]

therefore

the answer is

[tex]-18x^{4} -6x^{3}+9x^{2}[/tex]
