2.5 moles of  C2H5OH would be 115.175 grams of the same compound.

Recall that:

  • Mole = mass/molar mass

Hence,

  • mass = mole x molar mass

Molar mass of  C2H5OH = 46.07

Mass of 2.5 moles of  C2H5OH = 2.5 x 46.07

                                                     = 115.175 grams
