In order for us to easily answer this problem, let us make the units uniform. So 1 kiloliter is equivalent to 10 hectoliters. This would mean that 11 kiloliters is 110 hectoliters. Since 40 hectoliters is for making ice cream, only 70 hectoliters of milk is left to be used in other ways. Hope this answers your question. Have a great day!
