To Find:

⇒ Probability of event

Now, probability of happening of an event is 45% means non happening event is 100 - 45 = 55%.

⇒ Probability of happening event = 45/100

⇒ Probability of happening event = 0.45

⇒ Probability of non happening event = 55/100

⇒ Probability of non happening event = 0.55

Hence, the correct option is (c) 0.45.
