slope = (-6 - 6) / (2 - (-1) = -12 / 3 = - 4

y = mx + b
slope(m) = -4
(-1,6)...x = -1 and y = 6
sub and find b
6 = -4(-1) + b
6 = 4 + b
6 - 4 = b
2 = b

ur equation is : y = -4x + 2 <== this is one

y - 6 = -4(x + 1) <== this is one
